The Role

ImplantBase’s Training Manager is our expert on our products and services.  They provide specific and broad training solutions for both internal and external customers.  The Training Manager will work directly within and across our functional teams to support our employees and customers onboarding and training experience, help improve our training products, as well as define and improve our overall training approach. 


What You’ll Do

  • Primarily responsible for defining and executing internal, as well as customer training programs
  • Provides proactive training support to new and existing customers
  • Provides proactive training to ImplantBase employees
  • Become well versed in all modules and versions of ImplantBase (web, mobile, etc.)
  • Become well versed on how customers use ImplantBase
  • Develop an understanding of integration and workflows of ImplantBase to ERP systems
  • Uncover customer training needs and integrate them into our training curriculum
  • Manage customer specific training rollouts associated with new client onboarding
  • Occasional travel
  • Willingness to participate directly in customer support activity
  • Other duties as assigned by management


Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 5-7 years of related experience
  • Medical Device experience
  • SaaS application training experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Process improvement skills

  • Competitive salary between $115,000 and $125,000 based on experience, and annual increases based on performance
