Job Summary

The Customer Success Representative must be an expert in our products and services and provide specific and broad solutions for both internal and external customers.  The Customer Success Representative will work directly with cross functional teams to support our customers, help improve our products, and grow and improve our current support team and processes. 

 

General Accountabilities

  • Primarily responsible for reducing/eliminating customer churn
  • Provides proactive support to existing and new customers
  • Become an expert in all modules and versions of ImplantBase (web, mobile, etc.)
  • Become expert on how assigned customers use ImplantBase
  • Deep understanding of integration and workflows of each customer
  • Uncover customer needs and channel them back to our product team to help inform the product roadmap
  • Look for opportunities for customer to use more of ImplantBase (existing modules and new stuff)
  • Manage customer specific rollouts of new features and new user rollouts
  • Occasional travel
  • Other duties as assigned by management

 

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 2-4 years of related experience
  • Orthopedic medical device experience
